Information Sharing

The Teaching Assistant Program in France does not share your personal information with outside parties. The information provided in the application is used to evaluate your candidacy to the Teaching Assistant Program in France and is accessed only by the Cultural Services of the French Embassy and the Centre international d’études pédagogiques (CIEP).  If you are selected to participate in the program, your information will be sent to the French school district in which you have been placed so that they may assign you to your school(s).

Security

The online application for the Teaching Assistant Program in France does not use cookies or track IP addresses.  The information you enter on the website is protected using SSL encryption.  The SSL certificate enables our site to accept and transmit confidential information securely over an encrypted internet connection.  With a secure connection, the site address will start with “https” and you will also see a padlock at the bottom of your browser window. 

Payment Privacy Policy

The Teaching Assistant Program in France uses an outside company to process the application fee.  The Teaching Assistant Program in France does not retain any credit card information and only has access to the date and time of the payment, the last 4 digits of the card number and the card’s expiration date.

Please note:  Applications submitted to the Teaching Assistant Program in France become the property of the Teaching Assistant Program in France.  The program application fee is non-refundable.  Your application and the accompanying uploaded materials will not be sent back to you, nor will they be copied or forwarded to another party on your behalf. Candidates will be notified by e-mail of their application status in April 2024.
